Got to chat briefly with the 'developer' of the modern mountainbike at a showing of his movie, 'Klunkerz' that we saw at the Somerville Theater last night.......
He truly is the 'Big Daddy' of the scene!

Sorry for the confusion. I'm still in Scotland with director Billy Savage, and Gary was with us but left to do your show. Thought you were referring to the event Wednesday night in Scotland, where I kept snatching the mike from Gary, who tends to ramble.
ReplyDeleteWe took a ride with the locals that morning on borrowed bikes, and Gary and I got lost for nearly an hour, while the promoter sweated bullets, thinking he had brought us 8000 miles just to lose us a few hours before the show.
Bottom line, "Never mind."
